- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆May 28, 2019, by Aryliah LoveToday is my first time using Fred's Pharmacy (have been using CVS in Hattiesburg up to this point) and I've been on hold for 20+ minutes waiting to speak with someone in the pharmacy about a called in Rx. Whichever associate is in the store section just keeps hitting transfer and says they can't relay a message or walk to the pharmacy to notify them of the call. I guess I'll be sticking with CVS. Shame, since Fred's is right up the street.
